Argghh - so annoyed - got an email back from RE re the little Spanish job I did and they are saying the salad has always been on the briefing notes! Rubbish! I am going to check back on my notes but I am almost 100% sure that this is not the case. The saga continues!
You are right and it definitely wasn't always there. I have the original notes saved on my laptop.

RE are rubbish at the moment. They can't seem to do anything right:rolleyes:

Yep, RE called me this morning and extended the dates of the 2 cookies jobs for me :j

Oh well that's good you've heard back from them then, I e mailed the night that those jobs were uploaded but they haven't contacted me or any thing. :(
  • Does anyone have a phone number for GFK? Or has anyone done the bank telephone calls? I'm just about to do one, but really confused which number I should phone. The briefing notes have 6 different regional numbers and it says to rotate across these, but then further down in the briefing notes it says 'in some scenarios where you have to be an existing customer, you will be asked to use the number on the documentation you already have'. I am an existing customer...which one do I use? Help pleeease! Thanks in advance x

  • Just done my first underground shop for RE. I think it went ok but I'm concerned about the photo which I took. I ordered a toasted sub and it looks slightly squashed and you can't see the filling very well like on the example photo which they give you. Do you think this will be ok? That is what it looked like when unwrapping it unless they expect me to open the sandwich up and take a picture?

Thanks so much Scaredy, you're a star!

Just to let anyone else know, if anyone else is doing the GFK bank phone calls this week - the lady at the helpline has just told me not to do mine today, because she agreed that the briefing notes weren't very clear on which number you were supposed to phone. She is phoning me back tomorrow with more information :) Just didn't want anyone to risk phoning the wrong number and not getting paid! x

    Hi,

First post here so please be gentle!!!

I've signed up to a couple of MS companies (GapBuster, Retail Eyes, BARE, TNS)

Can anyone tell me when BARE pay? I've filled in my details but just wondered whether anyone knew?

    Thanks in advance

  • I couldnt complete a phone store for GAP on friday as when I got there it had closed down!! Anyway I emailed them to explain this. Got an email on saturday telling me my results are overdue!!

Don't worry - same thing happened to me last friday. I just emailed them to explain, still got the automated "results overdue", but then they replied to say that it was fine, they would verified and I would be paid in full.

However I also agree that there isn't any point posting alerts for Gfk and GR. The only time I ever see work is when I get an email from them. I have been able to see one of those jobs for days and wasn't interested but it vanished from my account just before the alert went out. That probably just shows they are rotating the jobs around shoppers.

I have only ever had 1 email from GFK with an alert since I joined up to them, but I frequently see new jobs in my area that I can do, so I make sure I keep checking back so I don't miss the good jobs!

I did one of these employment jobs last week and it was quite simple to do, but you had to wait for documents to be delivered and scrutinise emails that were sent in response. There are now 3 sitting there waiting for someone else to take them up!

Hi, I didn't hear anything back from RE either, but I looked at my expired jobs this morning and clicked on the 'change date' option and the dates had been extended for all mine.
So maybe check for your ones too.

I'm not sure if I'm right, but I think with Gfk, if they post new jobs for you and you don't log in within an hour to see them - I think then they send you an email.

That's how it's always been with me.
