help needed please! I have just done first TNS job. Ive got everything done but now on expenses claim form. The meal cost slightly under the budgeted value so on this screen do I put the actual amount I spent or the budget. In otherwords are they like RE and only reimburse actual spend or do they reimburse the allocated amount?

    Thanks :)

Put the actual amount that you spent.

Well done on your first TNS job :j

Can I add one on for RE: - keep username in log-in box when site out of action. The number of times I have to type in my email address to keep checking is beyond a joke

You need to change the settings on your PC to autocomplete and it'll remember your email address when you click in the log-in box.

Sorry folks, at the risk of being shouted at I reckon its wrong to grab everything in sight on the basis that FFF gets the jobs - and then release them some time later when you've got around to sorting out your workload & timetable etc. Check the feasibility of doing the job before you commit yourself and, if its not clear, then don't book it!

I'm fed up with various companies phoning me at short notice to do jobs that they have been let down on - usually without any valid reason given so presumably just a case of 'well I took it to stop anyone else grabbing it but its not really practical for me to do it'. If you aren't sure you can do it - barring acts of god etc - then leave it for somebody else. This 'grab it all before someone else ' is selfish 0- and it won't endear you to the companies when you keep letting them down!

Non-technical person here - is that the same as 'autofill'? I've got my email address in that, but it doesn't put it in for the username bit.

What happens if you just click once in the log-in box on RE - doesn't your email address show as a drop-down?

For once, I don't really have a view on this one way or another. You can usually get more money for doing last minute / urgent jobs tho. One reason might be that after you've accepted it you realise you're going to be out of pocket and it's not worth doing, like my very expensive fish restaurant that I released.

I'm sure some people will come along soon to light your touchpaper tho! :rotfl:
