Hello, I am trying to find a piece of AV equipment that will achieve the following, anyone have a suggestions/help advice : -
1. have a hard drive or recognise and read a HD of more that 80GB.
2. have a dvd/cd player recorder
3. have a HDMI output to connect to an HD LCD TV.
4. have phono audio output for connecting to Hi Fi stereo.
5. have playback/record for all the commmon video and audio extensions; MP3, WMA, DivX, etc.
6. have a screen display to navigate stored media like a MP3 "jukebox" database from backed up CDs. (Don't really want to have a big TV on listen to a few tunes through my Hi Fi.)
7. possibly have a USB socket and a scart or alike connection to connect a satellite box through.
It maybe a big ask but has anyone been able to find such a beast in one box?
I am slightly surprised there isn't something about like this, the Sony RDR HXD range come close but only 999 song storage and no navigation without having the TV on.
regards
