Applied for Barclaycard

I applied for the Capital One 6.9% apr card last Sunday, then I applied for the Barclaycard 6.9% card because I suspected that I wouldn't be offered the Capital One one (after reading one of Martin's articles aout them cherrypicking customers). I was proved right with the Capital One one because I got a letter on Tues saying no etc.
I have not heard from Barclaycard yet - does that mean I have probably been accepted and are sorting it all out, or just that they are slow? I only want it to go on xbox live!

Hopefully it does mean you are accepted. I had a similar thing with my BA Amex card. I had given up hope of getting one as it seemed to take ages. Then I got the card in the post and it was a lovely surprise. It has really helped me do my credit card shuffle :j They gave me such a large limit I was able to transfer all my existing cards onto it.
