    the reason i ask, i'm going to be listening to my ipod on the way down by train, but don't want to run my battery out and not have ipod for the run...

    my ipod is set to not sync automatically, so you won't be overrun with my music..!!

    Doh Maz you should have said I have a charger that I got from ebay for £1 I could have sent it you to borrow :rolleyes:

    Yeah but the offical apple charger is £18 (well it was 2 years ago :rotfl:) they sell chepo versions on ebay for £1 I use mine all the time if I cant be bother to plug it into the pc :)

    Edit ~ £12.24 or £18.79

    Big G is incapable of pressing anything to remove hardware safely, so he gets me to charge his ipod and make sure it's unplugged cause he's scared to press the wrong thing!!
