Disabled housing benefit

Dear all I am new to this very forum, not sure if it's correct one.
I am living with my partner in a council flat to take care of his father, as far as I know we don't pay any council tax, and the rent is something like 5 pound a week.
I moved in recently, so my question is if I put my name on the electoral roll and register with the local council, will this affect his father's disable benefit, housing benefit and council tax benefit?
Many thanks.

Do you work and/or have savings?0

If the father has disabilty or attendance allowance & receives a premium with these for living alone, then he will no longer qualify for the premium.
I think you need to give a bit more detail. Was the father living alone before or with your partner? Do you or your partner work or have savings, as asked by Oldernotwiser? The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -
Thanks guys for the reply.
Here are the details.
My partner's father lived with my partner's sister before he got sick, then around 3 years ago, my partner and his father started to live together, he doesn't pay any council tax and very little rent. And we both work, he works as part time uni lecture has unstable income, but in average it's around 25k, I work full time and I get around 30k a year.
Edit: Forgot to mention, we do not have any savings.0
