Everest Windows getting deposit back......

I used Everest once and had a rogue salesman. He lied to us and pressured us to buy he stayed for 6 hours and in end I wanted rid of him.

When I managed to cancel eventually, we were pestered for a year or so from them with marketing calls. I found out from them this guy was later sacked.

In there defence I am sure other companies have such rogue salesman from time to time, but it taught me a lesson

Already been in contact with Everest representative in regards to this and I'm sure you'll be surprised to know was not very helpful in this matter.

1 letter, 1 email and 3 frustrating phone calls, later and yet to get a response from Everest Windows......will keep this thread updated on my "campaign".

They attempted to win the account back by knocking off 40% which later changed to 1% but I think at this point if they offered me 100% off I would not let them near my windows the most untrustworthy and lying company I have had to deal with in a very long time....just resigned to waiting for my deposit cheque back so I can get a this bad taste out of my mouth......more soon!
