No, I didn't have to chase, it just appeared as a deposit and was just as quickly transferred out again!

Thanks to Martin & Co. for the tip. I paid in £1,000 towards the end of February and drew out £950 the following week. Waited until the beginning of March and paid in £1,000, waited a week and took it all out bar £20. And I got my £100 at the weekend. So that came out yesterday and I've left £1.01 in the account.
