I have dozens of MBNA statements but perhaps not every single one. Should I get a claim sent off for the information that I currently have or wait until I have the whole lot and claim in one go. Do they pay up more easily for perhaps 2 or 3 claims for smaller sums, rather than one large sum?

Thanks for any advice in advance

claim everything all at once. The last thing you want is a confused claim. Stick all your eggs in the one basket

  • thanks for your help. There was an article a while ago in one of the daily papers (I think it was the Mail actually) saying that companies who were receiving requests for repayment of charges had told their staff to repay without question any requests for refunds less than £750. So I was thinking of making a number of smaller claims instead of one large one
