Consent Form from Barclays

Hiya,
Hoping someone can advise me. I took Barclays to court and a default judgement was made on 25 March 2009 for them to pay me charges. I chased them up on 9th June as no payment had been made and they are claiming that the address was wrong and they had received no paperwork. They then sent me a consent form to sign to set aside the default judgement stating that if they pay me charges as advised by the judge and they then win in court, I will have to pay charges back and the consent form is easiest way to stop all this!!!

Any ideas anyone??? The case is going back before the judge this week apparently.

Many thanks

Tell Barclays to file a claim to have the court set aside the judgement by default and that you will not oppose it. Ask that they stay the case in court once that is done.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
