Help Needed - Justcamit program

Hey all,
If anyone can help me. My friend uses justcamit for work. But the last 2 days it hasnt worked and has come up with all sorts of messages.
I told her to recover her lappy back to the way it was a few days ago, so she tried that and it still didnt work and then she went back a cpl of weeks and its still not working.
When she trys to download the file it comes up with launching error and failed to read launch engine.
Does anyone know what the problem could be? Any help id be ever so greatful for
