warm front- sub contracter liability

Options
Sorry if not posting on the correct board. I recieved a warm front grant last september and paid an extra 1150 pounds for new radiators. On Saturday i noticed a pipe leaking behind a radiator so called the company who installed my central heating to come fix it. The girl on the phone ummed and aahhd then sent somebody out who found a hole in the pipe and repaired it. Today it has been leaking again but when i called she said that nobody should have been out in the first place as it was old pipes and they are not liable, warm front agreed when i called them and said they were only liable for rads and boiler. Surly if myself and warm front have paid 3850 pounds between us all old pipes should have been replaced on installation. Any advice on what to do next would be really appreciated, sorry for long post x

Good morning: If all the pipework was replaced (and it is not standard practice to repipe a CH system when replacing the boiler and rads) it would have cost much more than the price levied by your Warmfront installer.
