Is this safe or not?

Hi All
I searched for free sample of Horlicks, clicked on a site. There was a list of samples you could send for and in the middle of the list there was something called Robform, where it helps you fill in all your details instead of typing them all in.
Can anybody tell me if this site is ok to use as it is asking me if I want to save my passwords in the passcards?
Any advice would be welcome.
