How do I identify new drivers please?

Is there a way that my puter can be scanned and identify any drivers which need updating please?

Ah but Del, that was the problem I was unable to copy/back up my docs to dvd. To be honest Ive given up now. Will think about it later this week.

If you're using Windows XP you may need to install IMAPI v2.0; you can't write to DVD without it unless you use a third-party application such as Nero.

As previous poster mentioned, I would steer clear of Windows burning software for DVD writing, there are better 3rd party ones out there that do the job easier such as Nero. Would be surprised if writing issue is due to driver issues tho - what exactly is the issue you are having?

Hi, I seem to have a number Since I had VISTA, I cant use system restore, go through all the motions and it tells me nothing has been changed I cant copy and paste into MS Works for some reason. And when I tried to burn to dvd recently all my docs it just started going telling me it would take 16 mins and then half an hour later it was telling me 19 days!
