Littlewoods

Back in Jan i sent the first two letters asking littlewoods for a refund of the charges, they told me basicly get lost. They have now put this in the hands of a dca, am i right or wrong in thinking that as i have disputed their charges they cannot hand my over to a dca.
And secondly i'm about ready to hand in my N1 form on Monday so do i still put littlewoods on the form
Thanks

i spoke to Littlewoods after i had sent the two letters asking for the charges back and told them i was in severe hardship and could only pay a pound a month, i was told i would keep incurring charges and defaults and it would then be given over to a dca, which has now happend so now i dont know what to do about the dca and if i should still put in papers for the court yet

Why did you say you were in hardship when you are claiming the charges back cos it is irrelevant to your claim?
Furthermore tell the DCA that there is a dispute on the account and that you are starting legal proceedings with Littlewoods.
I should add that you should write to them one more time giving them 7 days to settle your claim otherwise you will take them to court since "only a court can decide a fair charge". See whether they are more accommodating,,otherwise you are suing them.

I told them i am in hardship because they kept calling every day asking for money that i didnt have.
I will do say you say and send the letter out to littlewoods and one to the dca and see what happens.
