Hi All,
After months of proving i'm in hardship, i received a letter this morning say that, after i send back my service card and unused cheques they will send me a offer letter which i must sign and return and then they will credit the account with 21 days.
I have some questions that hopefully someone can answer
1, i started reclaiming back in jan i have had more charges since then, would they include these amounts in their offer or does it depend on the amount of pirority debts i have.
2, does anyone know how the banks work out how much to offer us.
Many thanks

On 1 I would make them aware of those charges.
2) I don't know how much the bank offers but do not expect 100% but remember that anything outstanding will be on the table on the conclusion of the OFT test case issues.0 -
Hi downie,
Are you priority debts with NatWest?0 -
P.s. I made a claim against NatWest in January for £1400. They took ages to process the whole thing but they made me an offer of £1900 in the end. My claim did not include interest so I am assuming they included it in my offer.0

They were, but due to the charges they kept handing down to me i have stoped all of them but in my last letter to natwest i enclosed photo copies of my rent, gas and electric arrears which total some £1500 i also brought to their attention again that i'm on a suspended repossesion order for my home and that i'm behind on my rent.0
