    Sorry, just though of something else. What age do you have to pay for entertainment passes for kids at Butlins. Sure we didn't pay for the 1yr old at Haven.

    Passes are free for under 15s at Butlins. There is a £6.95 per night charge and a £9 per person charge for entertainment for over 15s, plus a charge of I think around £10 for linen. Butlins worked out cheaper than Haven for us 3 last time.

    Yeah I have been extra careful with all spellings and it still wont let me in - arghhhhhhhhhhhh!:confused:

    I get that if you put the wrong Sun reference number in - check yours.

    Make sure your priority number is entered correctly, if it was the wrong code words it would say in red above them something like 'please enter 8 unique code words'.

    Thanks but it's still not working the second numbers after the / start with 0 and it keep on wiping it out arrrgghhh don't know what to do xx
