Perfumes: can anyone recommend online retailers with genuine products?

Can anyone recommend online retailers selling reasonably cheap perfume, but from a reliable source? Particularly looking for Van Cleef & Arpels First Eau De Toilette
I'm asking on behalf on someone who previously purchased from one of the Jersey/Guernsey based sellers, but they were convinced the perfume wasn't the genuine article so they are now quite wary of buying online. I know nothing about this - do perfumes vary slightly according to the region sourced? if perfume is old stock can the scent change?
Also, buying Van Cleef & Arpels 'First' on the high street is no longer an option as no local stores are stocking it, hence the need to find a reliable online supplier. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

Try http://www.theperfumeshop.com/ I dunno if they have what you want but they are reliable"Success is not to be measured by the position someone has reached in life, but the obstacles he has overcome while trying to succeed." Booker T. Washington

Thanks to all who have replied

Interestingly I see a few recommendations here for the online retailer used previously (where the perfume authenticity/quality was doubted) I'm convinced it's just a bit of paranoia due to the prices being 40%-50% less than the high street department stores!0
