Can't help you re: the removal of CCJ, but,
a) I would firstly stop applying for any more credit until you've rooted out the problem - these last 2 failures will further reduce your chance of getting credit
b) get a copy of your credit report off a company like experian. Google free credit report or something like that, there are usually free offers which you can then cancel on once you've received your first report. If you have a CCJ, the report will tell you - getting it removed would largely rely on whether it is valid or not.
I don't understand why you think you may have a CCJ, surely you should know.0 -
If you do have a CCJ, stop applying for credit as there is little chance of it being approved and the applications you make add to worsen your profile further.
You need to get hold of your credit files first to see what is on there before you go any further.
If applied for correctly, a CCJ can't be removed and will stay there for 6 years either as unsatisfied when unpaid and then satisfied when paid.
