Earlier this year I wrote to Halifax and Lloyds trying to reclaim charges. I'm now in hardship with the cccs dealing with creditors and mortgage arrears etc. and explained this to the banks (using your template). I recieved the usual reply about things on hold blah blah. So what do I do now.
I can't find copies of how much I was claiming for but will the banks have this on file ?? Basically what I'm trying to say is it worth me writing a letter again, about my hardship because I'm still being charged even though the accounts are frozen.
Regards

What caused the hardship in the first place? How did it occur?0 -
Various reasons. Loss of benefits and mainly took off shift work a couple of years ago where Iwas on 40% increase to work shifts with bags of overtime. In the 3 years I was working shifts I was making great money. Got in debt with changing cars all the time, credit cards up to the hilt, but I was making payments ok. Then shifts stopped 40% gone with little overtime. Had to go to cccs and struggled eversince.0
