Looking for a laptop, £400-£450 max budget

Right, I've had a look in the usual places, and the best deal is the one I've seen below...
http://www.laptopsdirect.co.uk/Acer_Aspire_5920G_Laptop_LX.AQB0X.612/version.asp
All for a very reasonable £449.
However, I don't need a blu ray drive so would want a lappy with same specs as above but for closer to £400.
My requirements are it must be an intel core 2 duo, have an ATI graphics chipset 3000 series + (or perhaps the 9000 series geforce), have at least 2gb ram (on one stick so I can stick another one) or 3/4gb preferrred. Pref 64bit vista installed, but if not I have spare development licenses, so would be even better being able to spec a laptop without an OS (I thought novatech did this?). I'm happy with Acers as I've found their build quality to be excellent nowadays. Not too fussed about battery life.
Been given a max budget of about £400, and the laptop will need to be a jack of all spades on a very low budget - eg some 3ds max, photoshop, web development, video conversion (nothing major) and perhaps even the odd game of left for dead
Nothing too taxing, will be just odds amendments and enchancements when needed and away from my development desktop so could get away with a comparatively low res screen.
If anyones seen a better deal elsewhere please let me know - I'll really appreciate it! Or is that a good a deal as I'll get?
