I'd really like to try making the above but all the recipes I've found are measured in cups. I know it is sounds daft but I'm wondering if anyone already has this recipe in lbs & ozs? I hate the faff of using a cup or trying to convert the amounts:o Will keep my fingers crossed!
Would also love to hear from folk who've used this recipe and what they thought/what they made/what adaptations they made.
Thank you:beer:

Kinshir, I've had to delete your post as it breaches this rule on copyright:

We had a thread about this a few years ago.
Here you go, it was on this thread, post 38, and post 47 has some pictures.
It's in cups too. If you are going to make US recipes I heartily recommend getting a set of measuring cups. I've seen them for sale in cook shops and supermarkets. Or, you could get an old large yogurt pot, fill it with 8 fl oz of water and mark the line with a marker pen. Cut round the line and you have a US cup measure. Or, simply fill your measuring jug to the 8 fl oz mark. Using cups to measure dry ingredients for baking is really easy;)0
