in Techie Stuff
I have just bought a domain name and hosting from 123reg, I know exactly how I want my site to look but my techie knowledge is virtually zero and I am struggling to make it look decent let alone add the parts that I want does anyone have any suggestions how I can do this preferably without having to pay a fortune for web design - thank for any help offered.
Thank you for this site Martin

Is this site for professional (business) or is it just personal?
From my experience with sitebuilder it's not too great anyway, its basic for novice users though so you might be ok!
There are templates you can choose and then just fill in your own bits of text and stuff. You could then modify your template theme/contents although I wouldn't bother if you like any templates enough.
Alternativly the best thing to do is read the guide/readme and follow it as best you can, play with it and see what you come up with!0 -
Thanks, its going to look like a personal site but will hopefully bring in some revenue, not by selling anything though, the software is called instantsite, its really annoying me as I just want to get started, I have good content ready to go, I think I'm going to have to compromise and have the site maybe not looking how I want it to initially - any other suggestions are welcome.Thank you for this site MartinThe time for change has comeGood luck for the future0
