Barclaycard 0% apply now or wait???

I have about £5000 on egg at 0% it runs out in august. If I applied and got a barclaycard now at 0% and it was for 10 months that would take me to about feb next year then in march I would get the 0% egg anniversary offer again. Do Barclaycard only have this offer once in a blue moon or will it be back after the April deadline? Should I apply now or wait?

I thought the days were numbered for 0% but I somehow manage to keep it going, just got £549 interest payed into my savings a/c mostly from c/c stoozing.

My 0% BT rate runs out in June on Alliance & Leicester CC. I'm not taking any chances on this offer still being around then so have just applied for the Barclaycard to replace A&L.

My advice - Go for it.

But remember, your egg anniversary is no longer as inviting! Also £5k limit on Barclays BT or 90% of your CL, whichever is lower

Because as of May this year they will be charging an uncapped balance transfer fee of 2/5% for all BTs including those at promotional rates and for the aniversary offer.

so 2.5% of £5k is £125... not very inviting for 5 months at 0%!
