Free car breakdown insurance from Churchill's?

Churchill's are offering Free car breakdown insurance when you get a quote and take their car insurance before July.
Having been insured with them for some years, I emailed them to see if I qualify. I suspect not.
But what if I get a quote now for next years renewal?
Anyone know anything about this offer?
Will subsequent years also include the free breakdown insurance?
