Experian Credit Report Issue

On Tuesday evening my mother used the Experian website to view her credit report. This report was applied for in her name only.
I was highly distressed to find that when reviewing her report it contained the details of my personal bank accounts, credit cards and payments as well as her own. I gave no authorisation for my details to be included. Although my mother and I live together we are not financially associated nor have we ever attempted to apply for credit together.
I have contacted Experian regarding this and they advise that credit reports consist of information relating to the applicant and the applicant only and that to investigate they would need authorisation from both my mother and myself to access her details as mine alone is not enough(as expected). I find this especially humorous as they clearly didn’t need mine when providing the report with my information.
Would anyone have any advice for me as to how to proceed as i believe that this is a major breach of data protection.
