can i reclaim ppi on my overdraft barclays have sent me letters saying i cant!

i believe that i was mis sold my overdraft protection around 6 years ago, i was told that i had to take the ppi out as part of the overdraft.
i have rang barclays and been very sarcasticlly put down, so i sent a letter asking to repay me all of the charges (11.20 per month).
i had a letter back knocking my claim back as i had signed for the overdraft, i didint accept this and since then i get a letter back every 4 - 5 weeks saying that they are still looking into my claim.
has anyone had any joy claiming for overdraft ppi?and can you please help??:o

Hi There if you feel that it was miss sold or added without your knowledge then yes you can claim it back. Did you send the letter from this site. Do you have the original form that you filled in or signed or whatever for the PPI. If you did use the letter from this site they have 8 weeks to reply. You then write to them again giving them one more week and say that you will take your case to the Financial Ombudsman. If you need any clarification or have other questions please post again.:D
