I would like to nominate matrix999 for his O2 New Retention Tariff Discount 500 / Discount 750 thread. Although this was started last year lots of people are saving huge amounts of money. I have just shaved £960 off my annual mobile phone bill and got a fab new phone.

i would like to nominate alanshave for his outstanding post of the month for all us wine drinkers out in mse land. he made a lot of our lifes so much better with this great find and hope he finds us another loop hole soon .............very soon thanks again

Although started last year it's come alive again in the last month with many people saving hundreds of pounds a year!

1. Go up to the top of the page to the box where the URL is, starting http://
2. Click on it once, so it becomes highlighted
3. Hold down the Ctrl button that is down near bottom left corner of keyboard, then press C once while continuing to hold down the Ctrl button, Ctrl + C copies the address for you into your PC's clipboard
4. Go to your reply (I usually have two or more browser windows open at the same time)
5. Click on the place in the reply that you want the link to be, then hold down Ctrl and press V once. Ctrl + V pastes whatever is on your PC's clipboard into your reply
6. I don't usually bother going through the process of telling MSE that it's a URL, because usually when you press Preview Post you find it has done it automatically anyway
7. If you want to do it that way, and make more work for yourself, highlight the URL that you have just pasted into the reply, click on the icon that looks a bit like the earth with a staple hanging out the bottom (immediately above the box that you're typing your reply in)
8. Do Ctrl + V again, and it will paste the URL in for you again, then click OK

That's it!

I'd like to nominate MattOsprey for his great spot of the Tesco 999 extra Clubcard points on an ipod shuffle and the suggestion of converting them to£40 plus in Clubcard Deals vouchers bringing the "cost" of thye ipod shuffle down to £7.09.

I think it is high time that Apprentice_Tycoon was recognised for all her advice and support over on the 'Selling Your Stuff on Amazon' thread. This is now in its third incarnation and is still helping newbies and old timers alike make money from their old stuff and get to grips with Amazon Marketplace.

Thanks mainly to A_T's inspiring advice and support I have received over £300 in Amazon payments since Dec 2005! This is all from books that have just been sitting in my loft since my house move two years ago!!!
