Hi guys and gals,
I v been trying to get sky card to refund their credit card charges (£25 and £12) but have had no luck in dealing with them directly - so i started a moneyclaim online but curiously they have still not ackowledged this and yesterday i obtained a judgement by default.
Why would they ignore the court?
Has anyone had any similar experience with this?
Does anyone know What happens next?
thanks

Write to them and state that you have a judgement by default and ask that they settle the claim otherwise you will ask for bailiffs to go to their head office.
What address did you have on the Particulars of Claim(court claim form)?0 -
Sky Card Customer Services
PO Box 6476
Northampton
NN4 1ZN
im 100% sure thats the right address as it the one shown on the sky card response letters.0 -
Registered office is the same for Barclaycard so that is
Registered office: 1 Churchill Place, London E14 5HP.
Write to them with the claim number, Recorded delivery giving 7 days to settle the claim otherwise you will enforce the judgement.0
