Hi,

I've just received my SAR information from Barclays, however they have sent bank charge details only and no information regarding my loans.

I was under the impression all information would come together, is this normal?

Hi there

Did they not send a letter to explain why they could not send everything as requested on the SAR?

I would contact them, or write to them to supply the rest of the SAR information you required and paid for by 7 days, or you will contact the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) who will act on your behalf of this matter.
Or they should at least send you a letter to confirm there is nothing else.

Hello Di,

I've just spoken to their complaints department who have raised a new complaint on my behalf. It appears they have completely ignored my letter and sent me just a list charges only.

The lady I spoke to was very helpful to be fair and I have some more details of loan amounts and interest.

Loan amount £4,200 (18,9%) paid five payments which came to £705 before settling - settlement figure £5050 + £705 already paid = total of £5755 with a PPI refund of £178.

I have without doubt been diddled
