It still seems to me that if the rent agreeent states it includes warden support, there's a breach if it's withdrawn and if it's included in the rent there may be a case for a reduction in rent. Many local authorities are now moving away from warden patrols; emergency call systems are 24/7 and wardens can't be, nor can a daily telephone call be as effective. They're are also cheaper than wardens which means the LA can use its money more effectively and cover more people.
