    Hello,

It's the first weekend in October, 2nd-4th. You can book tickets here:

  • Buy any property back-to-back with a mortgage of the same currency (assuming that you are not using 100% cash). That way, if the ex rate changes, your property value is not squeezed.

Beware beware beware. Many people are seduced into buying property from these shows, they show you pics of the property you are buying but when you get there its not the same one.So never hand a penny over to these people untill you have been over to see the property and made sure it is really for sale through a local recommended lawyer.

Wise words indeed. Better to visit and then visit again...then visit again. Trust only those who have no vested interest, and be very careful about trusting them.
Get a well respected lawyer from a big firm. Buy a resale rather than a new build. Check everything 10 times and then check it again to make sure, then have someone else check it.
