Does anyone know how to view all files/photos in "My Pictures" in filmstrip format

Any help would be much appreciated

In My Pictures change the Views to Filmstrip, Its an Icon just click it
and it will drop down a menu to reveal different views.

How do you make 'thumbnail' as the refault?
Everytime i open the folder its on filmstrip and most of the photos are off the screen.

After making any changes by using the icon I mentioned earlier
just click on Tools, Folder Options, View Tab, then Apply to All Folders then OK, OK.
