please help as im at my wits end. in may i had a accident and split some paint on my sofa, i called my insurance who sent a guy round who said he would take pics but some one else would come so not to dispose of the sofa, another guy came round did the same and asked questions on how it happened, nothing sinister has happened i lost my footing on a ladder and dropped the tin to save myself injury. i was told again not to get rid of sofa and that forensic might visit. i received a report stating he did agree with the spillage and that two out of the four matched the fall the other two never.nutter rubbish and strongly disagreed, told them to get forensic out. i have now learnt today that they consulted forensic with his opinion and they have now refused to pay out, im now in complaints department but dont hold out much hope. i have been with the insurance company for many years and have never claimed. i dont know where to turn. can anyone give me some advice please

You might get a better respone if you can edit the subject line in your post to show what your query is? If not could you repost with a new title? This will bump it anyway!'Yaze whit yeh hive an ye'll niver wahnt'
