Breakdown Direct Co. Uk - Anyone ever used them?

I am currently trying to organise the family holiday en France.
I was looking for breakdown cover for my car for a 3 week holiday. I appear to have found a website offering an incredible deal - £36.95 and they claim to use the same rescue facilities as the big insurers such as AXA
This compares to £65.52 (Green Flag) and £55 Autonation Rescue.
It seems to good to be true............anyone heard of this lot, or had any experience. I couldn't beat Martin on travel insurance but I was surprised by this quote for the car breakdown cover.
