Empire Stroes (Redcats) ignoring my letters!!

Hi.
I have a question and sorry if its been answered before.

I wrote to Empire stores re mis sold ppi on catalogue using template letter from here, I heard nothing not even an aknowledgement they received my claim (I have proof it was delivered) so I sent the second template letter which said that they hadnt replied. Well they are still ignoring me and their 8 weeks are up. (Maybe they think if they ignore me i'll give up). I know they have already been fined for mis selling.

What is my next move please? Can I just complain straight to the FOS or do I have to write to Empire again?

I would contact by ringing the FOS to ask if they are able to investigate this complaint for you.
Call them here:

Tell them you've heard nothing and the 8 weeks have passed.
