BT Hub phone and Hub

Morning all,

My BT hub phone has stopped working all of a sudden and so has my BT hub - it works fine with an ethernet cable but won't pick up wirelessly.
Any ideas what it could be? All the blue lights on the hub are on?? On the hub phone there is a little phone symbol with a cross underneath it??

Any help would be great,

    Yep, have tried pressing the reset button but no joy.

    Ok.

    You pressed the button.

    There is a small hole on the side about the same size of a bic pen ball point.

    Shove a pen in it & reset it to factory settings...

    Then leave it for a few minutes & then switch if off (pull the power out) & switch it back on again.
