I'm not sure if it would. Those are the laws dealing with purchasers of petrol. Because you'd be licensed by the local authority, you are a seller of petrol, they may have put in additional clauses - like noise etc. And one of those might be the "secure containers" bit. You'd have to look *really* deeply into it.

i'm not working tomorrow, yay me! I'm taking Erin to school, then i'm going to the gym for a looooong workout, not just a 40minute while erin is in swimming rushed workout.... the joy of it! i might even swim afterwards! the luxury!
i haven't done a thing in relation to the packing for leeds! but i'm not leaving til sunday.
