Cold Calling

Hi All, I am now getting Cold Calls from companies saying that they can get my claim sorted in 6-8 weeks and that i have to go with the companies who have the correct legal documents, i have been a subscriber to the news letter for over 2 years now and i have not seen anyother mensions of these companies they are charging between £30-£40 per account.

Any comments welcome

Just use the template letter here. No need to pay anyone for the privalige of doing it for you. Money better off in your pocket than theirs.

ETA: Ignore what they say to you. They're only after their money. They cant get it done any better than you can, and you dont need legal forms for it either.

That was one of the "phrases" that the MoJ told claims companies to stop using as it doesnt take 6-8 weeks. It doesnt even take 6-8 months.

Any company making false and almost fraudulent claims to get your business is probably treating your business in a similar matter if you sign up with them.

Tell them to get stuffed!. I had a call from one of these companies, two years ago, shortly before the test case began.
