I'm using the intense p+p at the moment and I much prefer the 'old' one. I find the intense serum much heavier on the skin. Will def go back to the normal serum when this runs out.
I find too that my skin doesn't feel 'right' without any serum on. Moisturiser doesn't sink in as well as it used to without the serum.

I've tried the p+p moisturisers and couldn't get on with them at all - my skin broke out for the first time in years.

I use Liz Earle C+P, toner, p+p serum, then LE light moisturiser.

    An update!

Ran out of P&P serum (intense) around the end of June and decided not to buy a new one. Went on hols so skin had a blast of sunshine too. Can't say I've really noticed any difference, other than maybe the 'luminance' that aliasojo and I were discussing hasn't been noticeable.......although not doing so well on the drinking lots of water regime since came back from hols so:confused:??

I do use the P&P day and night cream and stick to my regime diligently. I am very impressed with these creams (unlike other posters!!) and feel they are particularly effective for skin-firming. So on balance, I will abandon the serum, but continue with the creams......for now!!

If you haven't seen it already, you may be interested to read the outcome of this recent post on P&P eye cream.

I'm not convinced by the serum either. I also bought 3 for 2 so I have about half a bottle left which I will use up - then it is back to the Skinceuticals serum for me.

Interesting that the creams seem better - I generally use Clarins.

I am using the intense serum at the moment. TBH I prefer the original - it seems to suit my skin better and lasts a lot longer than the intense. So I'll probably go back to that when this bottle is finished.

I'm in my early 50's but have been blessed with good genes, so no wrinkles yet. Don't know if that has anything to do with me using the stuff though
