Hi, Im not sure of the answer to this but I thought it worth adding. I have just sent my hardship claim off following my initial claim going on hold. I HAVE added all my charges since the initial claim, which is 2008 and 2009. I didnt know if I was meant to, but I just did it. Im at the stage of waiting for a knock back, which I will follow up with a phone call, and then FOS if Im going no-where. I will let you know if i find get any info telling me I cant claim the extra.
Can i ask, that seems like a hell of alot of charges. Could there be scope to ask the guys on here for some help with budgetting. I mean should the test case NOT go in our favour it would be handy to avoid such high charges in the future. There is some great advice and tips on here. All the best.
