i'm getting a new bathroom suite fitted next week. Its at v short notice as the fitter came today and said he's free next weds:eek:
i've already bought the suite but i'm panicking cos I want to change the shower and he suggested an 8.5kw Creda. he said he's got one and they're the bees knees etc etc.
however, i've looked online and they are ugly.
any recommendations for another brand - at the mo i've got a triton which looks lovely but the on/off button died after about 1yr.
i've got a combi boiler btw.
thanks

If you have a combi, get a mixer shower installed - no need for the electric...;)Happiness, is a Kebab called Doner.....:heart2::heart2:0 -

Good evening: Mira or Aqualisa for electric but as you have a combi why not a thermostatic shower mixture (same makes again)...mains pressure shower and cheaper to run.

Hi
I would advise you to avoid Creda if you are looking for a shower. I have one and it has broken twice now in a year.
It has now broken again and I have been informed that they will only send an engineer out twice and then they have to get permission from a manager to come out again...a manager that they do not put customer calls through to!
They are refusing to replace a continually faulty shower!
I am now waiting to hear if they will be so kind as to send an engineer out again to 'fix' my shower.
I am so annoyed as it was expensive and I thought the warantee would be worth the extra that I paid but actually its worthless. They also can't say for sure that, if the engineer comes out again, I won't end up having to pay them!
Terrible customer service. They just don't care. Will never buy any Creda product again. :mad:0
