Angry Xbox idiots! Indian call centre extremely rude! What to do

My son, recently sent off his Xbox to the repair centre because of the common Red Ring of Death, and recieved it around 5 days ago.
Anyway, when it came back, my son inserted a game into the drive, turned it on and the dvd drive started making loud noises! I then ejected the disk to find it had a huge circular scratch around the game! My son then thought maybe he knocked it or something, so he thought fair enough its my fault, but then inserted another and again it scratched my GTA game too!
It was only sent off for the Red ring of death to be fixed, which they did fix, but they also fitted a 'new' dvd drive, without my permission, when my old one was working perfectly!
This 'new' dvd drive is obviously faulty or an old one, which has scratched two of his games (Call of Duty: WaW, and GTA IV)
I have rung Xbox support, and they have said to me that all they can do is take the xbox back to the call centre, with no guarentee that the drive will be replaced or fixed!
I also wanted something done about my two games, which they are refusing to take responsibilty for, by being replaced. All they are saying is that it is my concern (althought their faulty drive broke my games) and i have to pay £10 P&P for a 'free disk replacement'.
To sum it all up; they are refusing to replace my two games which their dvd drive which i did not ask to be fitted damaged, and said it is my problem not theirs, also the call operators were extremely rude, and cut me off!
How do i go about this problem, who do i contact etc??
Any help would be much appreciated, Many thanks, ArlyBarly

They've replaced the drive as the older ones were easier to flash to play "back up games" with one which is much harder to do so with.Nothing I say represents any past, present or future employer.0

Common problem.
Have dealt with Xbox customer services who spoke to me like I was an idiot, albeit over a different problem. Terrible.
Watchdog has done a piece on game scratching, scroll right to the bottom where apparently there is a way to fix your game. Obv, better wait till they've fixed the drive!

MS refuse to accept responsibility for the disk scratching. At work a lot of our display models do it and when I send them back to MS they come right back claiming that it's not a valid fault. It;s a shame that they're such a big company that they dont care, really. They're untouchable.0
