Hi, from experience with my own cars, more wear on the inner and outer edges of the tyre wear e.g. 2-4-2 is usually due to either tyres inflated to incorrect pressure or hard cornering.

Would poor alignment not give a reading of say 1-3-5? (I have never heard of these readings but i assume it is tyre wear over the car inside, centr and outside?)0
