This is my first post ever so dont know if i will do this right? I started my claim with Investor Compensation to claim back bank charges. This is on hold so i recently requested financial hardship. I have been sent the Financial Hardship Statement to fill in and now think can i try to claim on my own or do i have to use the claims handler? The reason for wanting to try at this stage is that i didnt think i could do this on my own and now realise how much the claims handler would take. Am i too late at this stage?
