At what figure do YOU think the average house price will hit rock bottom ?

There are lots of predictions regarding future house prices on this site and no doubt in the future many so called experts will be saying that they predicted house price movements.
So, I have started this thread for predictions as to what you think will be the lowest figure (using Land Registry data) that the average house price in England and Wales will fall to. It will be interesting in future months and years to look back at predictions and compare them with reality.
I'll kick off the thread with my prediction of £98700

My prediction is a 25% drop from peak, so £139,533 by Land Registry if my maths is ok.“I could see that, if not actually disgruntled, he was far from being gruntled.” - P.G. Wodehouse0

If the average house price is currently around £152k I would say around £140k at the bottom.0

This thread really isn't going to make much sense, everybody will come to a different figure depending on what they think and what they want to happen, we also have the government who a pumping billions (borrowed billions at that) into trying to re inflate the bubble.
It's not clear yet what this will do to the market in the medium to long term, although its almost certainly going to be negative. After the time I have spent on here and all the info I have gathered I reckon, anything from 110k to 150k, the simple fact is, I don't know.0 -

Average price will revert to the long time average of about
3.5 times average wage in any given area.
Either wages rise or prices fall, but eventually they will converge on this figure."The problem with quotes on the internet is that you never know whether they are genuine or not" -
