Yorkshire building society cash transactor

Decided to open one of these as I am taking action against the abbey for OTT charges and abbey have been known to kick people off for taking them to court.
Went to open the account on Wednesday (I could have cried, first time in years someone in a bank has remembered my name and I'd only been in twice before to open a savings account for my son).
Account details arrived in post today.
I get a cashpoint card and can do direct debits and standing orders.
If I need a cheque doing I just go in and they write one for me.
Interest rate isn't brilliant but I plan to sweep money into savings and paying off credit card.
Oh and I have two defaults on my credit history and this wasn't an issue to them.
Can't fault them.

Just to clarify Yorkshire Bank and Yorkshire Building Society and aren't connected.
YBS have a Cash Transactor account.
You can have salary (and or benefits) paid in, direct debits, standing orders ...etc. on the account.
I have an account with them also an YBS Internet Saver account (with a cashcard).
I did notice that when I got the Internet Saver account my Cash Transactor account shows online also via the control panel. So in effect you can view both accounts

Sorry, I meant the Yorkshire BS not the Yorkshire bank.
This is what happens when you post late at night after a long day at work.
Apologies to anyone who went to Yorkshire bank and got blank looks!0
