Confused

I have a house worth about £130,000 mortgage free. I am not happy where I am because of neighbour. I am reluctant to sell my house because I have spent so much money on it. Rewire,New windows, New boiler, Porch, block paving etc. I bought this house when mu children grew up and left home because I thought it was a place I could spend the rest of my life, until the neighbour from hell.
I was thinking of remortgaging and buying another propety to live in and renting this one out, so I will not lose out on all the money spent. any tips

you may as well sell who`s to say that the tenets wont wreck the place, rather sell and get the money back

But surely all these improvments you have done would increase the potential sale price of your property - so you haven't lost out financially!

If you want to rent it out to make money, let us know the figures... achievable rent, rent demand etc etc

what ever you do, dont fall out with the neighbors, no matter how bad they are. if you try and sell, you HAVE to say on the form and if you lie, it can be very serious. i know some one who did this and they are presently being sued.
