Gazebo

Hi
I bought a Gazebo on 16th May 09 from Argos, it wasnt a particularly cheap one either. Even though it was secured down properly, the Gazebo has collapsed today during some gusty (but not particularly strong) wind - bending some poles.
Long shot i know but what are the chances of getting a refund ? its 2 days over the 30day money back offer.
Many thanks for any replies

Is there anything in the packaging or instructions which give specifications as to usage, maximum wind load or head of water such as might be found for example in the specifications for a tent?
If not,i dont fancy your chances.0 -
It sounds like a fault, which are covered by a 1 year guarantee. The 30 day money back guarantee is only for good stock returns (e.g. changed your mind, wrong size etc.) - just pop back to the store with the item and all the parts and the receipt and see what they say.[DISCLAIMER: Any posts made by myself are my opinions and do not represent my employer]
