Help - Bank Charges, Story So Far

Hi Guys, apols for starting a new thread i'm not very well up on these things! I am looking for advice as to what to do next...
I have set up my claim with the court which has been stayed...
Since then i have racked up approx £1000 in charges in the past year in addition to what i was originally trying to claim back.
I needed to open a separate bank account to allow me access to my cash without the Alliance and Leicester eating up what i owe them in overdraft fees/charges - as i jusy cannot afford it, and now have I debt collection letters coming to me asking for me to pay back the overlimit amount (which is purely bank charges), which i just cannot afford to do.
I am unable to access my old online banking with the Alliance to try and get access to Bank Statements from after the stay was put on my claim.
I was just wondering (if all of our claims are successful) if i would get back that overlimit charges as well as the previous few years of charges.
Should i try and get my case heard under the financial hardship route now that debt collectors are after me? if so do i write to the bank, or the court - sorry I couldnt quite follow the instructions listed on the site.
Should i wait as the case will soon be coming to court again.
Any advice on this would be most welcome as i am at a total loss as to what i need to do and so confused - and a bit scared!
Many thanks,
T
